Vinyasa | Yoga
Perfect for all fitness levels, Vinyasa will be different every time and can incorporate many types of yoga including poses associated with ashtanga, hatha, bikram and yin. This playful class is typically warm and could include a strong flow sequence coupled with power poses or you may get the opportunity to workshop a peak pose, giving you more confidence in your body's capabilities.
Ashtanga | Yoga
The ancient practice of Ashtanga is steeped in tradition and philosophy but we put a little bonfire twist on it with some warmth. This is a led class inspired by the first half of the primary sequence.
Yinyasa | Yoga
Vin Yin yoga group classes combine the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the deep stretches of Yin yoga, creating a balanced practice. This approach helps improve flexibility, joint health, and relaxation, while promoting overall physical and mental well-being.
Yin | Yoga
Yin provides the perfect recipe to balance you out from all the other types of yoga which are traditionally Yang (or active). Yin is also known as the restorative or suppleness practice. Most Yin poses are held for 3 - 5 minutes which allows for the connective tissue to release, a process which creates space for tense / sore muscles to soften.
Meditation | Yoga
Meditation classes focus on mindfulness and gentle movement to cultivate inner calm and relaxation. These classes focus on reducing stress, enhancing mental clarity, and supporting emotional well-being in a soothing and supportive environment.
Yogalates | Pilates
Join us on Monday morning for a gentle yoga flow combined with pilates exercises to improve your core strength - the perfect start to your week.
Inferno Pilates | HIIT
Inferno Pilates is the perfect blend of core based (mat) pilates and high intensity interval training (HIIT). This combination is served up in a heated room with weights and other props to work your entire body. Pilates LAB stands for Legs, Abs, Butt so get ready for a masterclass focusing on these areas. This is not your typical pilates class, however it has been designed for all levels of fitness. After a few classes you will start to feel the difference and after a few more the results will be visible.
Hell's Bells | Pilates
Kettle Bells are an excellent way to improve your strength while challenging your balance and mobilising the major joints throughout your body. This is a high intensity class delivered with heat by Dr Karmen in the evening so get ready to sweat and then sleep soundly afterwards because you worked hard.
